Bitchless Year
I'm somewhat mortified that this is my first post of the year - but here goes my re-cap of the previous year - which admittedly I'm relieved is over. It was a pretty rough year in some aspects - but workwise, I have to admit, it was pretty rewarding all in all. Highlights & Events that my year what it was. 1. Help create/deploy huge site for a major corporation that had an incredible media buy/push. 2. Went to Apollo Camp ( now AIR) in San Francisco in March with my co-worker at the time and good friend Mathew Ray. (translate)
Don't miss FlexCamp Boston!
So, as of today, it seems like FlexCamp Boston is going to be one of the best values of 2007. Ok, maybe the $10 fee is a little more than that of ApolloCamp, but take a look at what all FlexCamp is going to offer. Not only does FlexCamp have some great topics for all skill levels (even for you more advanced folk), but now they're giving away tickets to 360Flex and CFUnited. That's on top of all the other prizes they have including an XBox 360, Flex Builder licenses, and other cool swag. Even if you're from out of (translate)
Is the Apollo team run by the kid that lived next door that never let me play his video games?
So I’m off to ApolloCamp tonight and I’m hearing a lot of “maybe” we’ll let people get Apollo and it got me thinking. When I was a kid I lived next door to a kid named Barry. Barry had an intellivision. He would always call me to come over and check out his video games [...] (translate)
